第一部分:服務條款
1. 導言與接受條款
歡迎使用 InsurVault 保富(下稱「本平台」或「我們」)。本平台由智保數據有限公司營運。閣下註冊、登入或使用本平台,即代表閣下已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款及下文所述之《私隱政策》約束。
2. 服務性質與非諮詢聲明
- 技術服務提供者: InsurVault 保富是一個保單數位化管理工具。我們並非持牌保險中介人、保險公司或財務顧問。
- 非財務建議: 本平台提供的所有數據展示、保障缺口分析及「理賠助手」之回覆,均基於閣下輸入的數據進行純數學及統計學運算。該等內容僅供參考,絕不構成任何形式的保險建議、財務規劃意見或購買要約。
- 最終指引: 所有保單條款及理賠條件,均以保險公司發出的正式文件及最終指引為準。
- 決策責任: 閣下在購買或取消任何保險產品前,應自行諮詢持牌專業人士。
3. 帳戶註冊與家庭管理
- 年齡限制: 註冊獨立主帳戶之用戶必須年滿 18 歲。
- 未成年人使用(家長責任): 未滿 18 歲之人士(「未成年用戶」)必須透過其家長或法定監護人(「主帳戶持有人」)的主帳戶以「子帳戶」形式使用本服務。
- 閣下作為主帳戶持有人,同意對閣下帳戶下所有子帳戶的行為、數據錄入及操作承擔全部連帶法律責任。
- 子帳戶在平台上的任何操作,在法律上均視為閣下之授權行為。
- 帳戶安全與防範釣魚意識: 閣下有責任妥善保管登入憑證及確保裝置安全。InsurVault 保富絕不會透過電郵或未經請求的電話索取閣下的密碼。閣下同意 InsurVault 保富無須對因以下原因導致的損失或損害負責: (a) 閣下未能遵守此安全義務; (b) 閣下的裝置感染惡意軟件、鍵盤側錄程式或病毒; (c) 閣下因遭遇網絡釣魚攻擊 、誘騙手法或假冒 InsurVault 保富的欺詐網站,而自願向第三方披露憑證。
4. 數據準確性與用戶責任
- 用戶輸入數據之免責聲明: 本平台僅作為記錄工具。所有保單數據(包括保額、到期日、條款細節)均依賴閣下或閣下授權之人士輸入。
- 核實責任: InsurVault 保富不會亦無法核實閣下輸入數據的真偽或準確性。因數據錄入錯誤(如打錯保單號碼、誤植到期日)導致的任何保單失效、理賠被拒或經濟損失,本平台概不負責。
5. 重點功能特定條款
A. 智慧保險庫
- 手動管理: 閣下確認知悉所有數據需自行輸入及更新。
- 導出功能: 基礎版本不提供數據導出功能。未來如提供導出功能(如 PDF/Excel),數據一旦下載至閣下設備,其安全性由閣下自行承擔。
B. 安全監測 - 重要免責
- 預設關閉與設定: 此功能預設為「關閉」。閣下必須主動開啟,並自行設定「檢查頻率」(可選 1、2、3 或 7 天)及「緩衝期」(1至6小時),方可啟用此服務。
- 運作機制: 當閣下在設定的頻率內未有回應,且在緩衝期結束後仍未對「最終確認通知」(於緩衝期結束前 30 分鐘發送)作出回應,系統將自動發送預設訊息至閣下設定的緊急聯絡人。
- 身份識別風險: 警報訊息中顯示的「用戶名稱」由閣下自行設定。如緊急聯絡人因無法識別閣下身份而將訊息視為垃圾訊息或忽略,本平台概不負責。
- 發送限額: 為防止濫用及滋擾,此功能的警報發送次數上限為:每月 5 次 及 每年 20 次。超過限額後,系統將暫停發送警報直至下一個週期。
- 廣泛免責聲明: 閣下理解並同意,InsurVault 保富並非緊急救援服務機構。我們不保證緊急聯絡人能即時收到或閱讀訊息。閣下同意自行承擔因以下原因導致的「誤報」或「漏報」風險及後果:
- 閣下手機電量耗盡、關機或損壞;
- 閣下處於無網絡信號覆蓋地區;
- 第三方通訊服務(如 WhatsApp、Apple Push Notification)發生故障、攔截或延遲;
- 閣下因疏忽、睡眠或其他個人原因未有回應系統通知。
- 無須負責: 閣下同意豁免 InsurVault 保富對因上述功能觸發(或未觸發)而引起的任何虛驚、恐慌、誤會或警方介入之相關責任。
C. 顧問協作
- 非唯讀權限: 當閣下生成並分享保單表格連結予第三方(如保險顧問)時,即代表閣下授權該第三方查看及填寫閣下的保單資料。
- 審核與確認: 第三方透過保單表格連結提交的資料不會自動存入數據庫。閣下必須在手機應用程式內親自審核並確認,資料方會生效。閣下對最終確認的資料準確性負全責。
- 連結安全: 保單表格連結由閣下自行生成及發送。閣下須自行承擔連結洩漏的風險。該連結有效期為 3 天,且最多僅可提交 5 張保單資料。
D. 家庭與傳承 - 死後隱私權
- 權限控制: 閣下可將個別保單設定為「完全公開」、「僅摘要」或「隱藏」。
- 死後隱私承諾: 即使閣下身故或觸發安全監測警報後,閣下生前標記為「隱藏」的保單資料將繼續保持隱藏,本平台絕不會自動向家庭成員或緊急聯絡人披露。 在任何情況下,本平台無權亦不會人工介入處理遺產披露事宜。
E. 理賠助手
- 數據來源: 付費版提供的「直接聯繫顧問」功能,完全基於閣下自行輸入的資料。如閣下未在保單記錄中輸入顧問聯繫方式,系統將無法提供此項服務,且這不構成退款理由。
- 內容免責: 系統之回覆可能存在誤差,僅供參考,不應用作處理理賠的唯一依據。
F. 第三方連結
本平台可能包含通往第三方網站或資源的連結。閣下確認並同意,我們對該等網站或資源的可用性、準確性、內容或政策概不負責。提供該等連結並不代表 InsurVault 保富對其進行背書或推薦。
6. 訂閱、費用與退款
部分功能需付費訂閱。除非法律另有規定,所有已支付之訂閱費用均不設退款。
如閣下將帳戶從付費版降級至免費版,已支付期間之費用將不獲退還,相關進階功能將於當前訂閱期結束後失效。
價格調整: InsurVault 保富保留隨時自行決定調整服務或其任何部分價格的權利。任何價格變動將在向閣下發出通知(例如透過電郵或手機應用程式通知)後生效。新價格將於閣下的下一個計費週期開始適用。如閣下不同意價格變動,閣下唯一的補救措施是在價格變動生效前取消訂閱。在價格變動生效後繼續使用本服務,即表示閣下同意支付修訂後的金額。
6A. 免責聲明 (按現狀)
「按現狀」提供: 本服務乃按「現狀」及「現有」之基礎提供。
InsurVault 保富明確聲明不提供任何形式的明示或暗示保證,包括但不限於對適銷性、特定用途適用性及不侵權的暗示保證。
我們不保證:(a) 本服務將滿足閣下的特定要求;(b) 本服務將不受干擾、及時提供、安全或無錯誤;(c) 閣下透過本服務獲取的任何資訊之質量將符合閣下的期望。
7. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內,InsurVault 保富不對因以下原因導致的任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊、衍生性或懲罰性損害(包括但不限於利潤、商譽、使用、數據或其他無形損失)負責: (a) 使用或無法使用本服務; (b) 閣下的傳輸或數據遭到未經授權的存取或篡改; (c) 任何黑客入侵、網絡攻擊、分佈式拒絕服務攻擊 (DDoS) 或其他安全漏洞(前提是 InsurVault 保富已實施合理的行業標準安全措施); (d) 任何第三方在本服務上的聲明或行為。
賠償上限: 儘管有上述規定,InsurVault 保富對閣下因使用本服務而產生的累計賠償責任上限,僅限於閣下在索償前一個月向本平台支付的訂閱費用或港幣 500 元(以較高者為準)。
8. 不可抗力
InsurVault 保富對因超出其合理控制範圍的原因導致的延遲或無法履行義務概不負責,該等原因包括但不限於:天災、戰爭、恐怖主義、暴動、禁運、民事或軍事當局行為、火災、水災、事故、罷工,或運輸設施、燃料、能源、勞動力或材料短缺,電訊或互聯網服務供應商故障,或第三方託管服務(如雲端基礎設施)中斷。
9. 條款修訂
我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利。我們將在平台上發布本條款的最新版本。如修訂內容重大,我們可能會向閣下發出通知。閣下有責任定期查閱本條款。 閣下在任何該等變更後繼續使用本服務,即構成閣下接受新條款。如閣下不同意本條款的任何內容或未來的任何服務條款,請勿使用或存取(或繼續存取)本服務。
10. 管轄法律及語言
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄,並按其解釋。
主導語言: 本協議備有英文及中文版本。如英文版本與中文版本之間有任何歧義或不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。
第二部分:私隱政策
InsurVault 保富尊重並致力保護閣下的個人資料。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及存儲閣下的資料。
1. 資料收集類別
- 個人資料: 包括但不限於姓名、聯絡方式、出生日期(用於年齡驗證)。
- 保單數據: 閣下輸入的保險公司名稱、保單號碼、保額、保費、受益人等。
- 未成年人資料: 我們僅透過主帳戶持有人(家長/監護人)收集未成年人的資料。主帳戶持有人輸入此類資料即代表已行使監護權同意我們處理該等資料。
- 生物辨識數據(不作收集): 當閣下使用 Face ID、Touch ID 或其他生物辨識技術登入本應用程式時,相關的生物辨識特徵資料僅於閣下的流動裝置本機內進行處理(如 Apple 的 Secure Enclave)。本平台不會收集、存儲、傳輸或接觸任何閣下的生物辨識數據。因裝置本身的生物辨識系統被破解、濫用或發生故障而導致的任何損失,本平台概不負責。
2. 數據存儲與跨境轉移
- 存儲地點: 我們的伺服器及數據庫託管於新加坡。
- 法律保護聲明: 閣下理解並同意,為提供本服務,閣下的資料將被加密傳輸至位於新加坡的安全伺服器。我們已確認新加坡現行的《個人資料保護法》(PDPA) 能提供與香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》(PDPO) 實質上相似或同等標準的保護。我們承諾採取嚴格的加密技術保護閣下的靜態數據。
3. 資料用途與不分享承諾
- 核心用途: 用於提供保單管理、到期提醒、保障缺口分析及家庭共享服務。
- 不出售承諾: 我們絕不會將閣下的可識別個人資料(PII)出售給保險公司、經紀公司或廣告商。
- 匿名化數據: 我們保留使用已完全匿名化(去標識化)的數據進行大數據統計及改善系統演算法的權利。
- 用戶主動分享: 本平台提供生成保單報表(PDF)及顧問協作連結之功能。我們絕不會主動向任何第三方(包括保險顧問)傳輸閣下的資料;所有數據分享行為(如透過電郵或通訊軟體發送報表)均須由閣下在應用程式內明確指示並手動觸發。
4. 用戶權利與資料刪除
- 存取與更正: 閣下有權隨時查閱及更正儲存於本平台的個人及保單資料。
- 帳戶刪除與匿名化: 閣下有權隨時在手機應用程式的設定內或透過用戶登記的電郵信箱向contactus@insurvault發出刪除帳戶的要求,我們將於3-5個工作天處理您的申請。一旦確認刪除,我們將從現行伺服器中移除閣下的個人可識別資訊(PII)。為作內部統計及改善系統之用,部分保單數據將會被完全匿名化(即無法追溯至閣下本人)後保留。請注意,因系統定期備份機制,殘留的加密數據可能需時最多 90 天才能從所有備份檔案中完全清除。

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
PART I: TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to InsurVault 保富 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). The Platform is operated by InsurData Systems Limited. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy set out below.
2. Nature of Service and Non-Advisory Disclaimer
- Technology Service Provider: InsurVault 保富 is a digital policy management tool. We are NOT a licensed insurance intermediary, insurance company, or financial advisor.
- No Financial Advice: All data visualizations, protection gap analyses, and responses from the "Claims Assistant" provided by the Platform are based on pure mathematical and statistical calculations derived from the data you input. Such content is for reference only and DOES NOT constitute any form of insurance advice, financial planning opinion, or offer to purchase.
- Final Guidance: All policy terms and claims conditions are subject to the official documents and final guidelines issued by the insurance companies.
- Decision Responsibility: You should consult a licensed professional before purchasing or cancelling any insurance product.
3. Account Registration and Family Management
- Age Restriction: Users registering for an independent Master Account must be at least 18 years of age.
- Use by Minors (Parental Responsibility): Individuals under the age of 18 ("Minor Users") must use the Service as a "Sub-account" through the Master Account of their parent or legal guardian ("Master Account Holder").
- As the Master Account Holder, you agree to assume full joint and several legal liability for all actions, data entries, and operations of all Sub-accounts under your account.
- Any operation by a Sub-account on the Platform shall be deemed in law as an operation authorized by you.
- Account Security & Phishing Awareness: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and device security. InsurVault 保富 will never ask for your password via email or unsolicited phone calls. You agree that InsurVault 保富 is NOT liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your failure to comply with this security obligation; (b) your device being infected by malware, keyloggers, or viruses; (c) your voluntary disclosure of credentials to third parties due to phishing attacks, social engineering, or fraudulent websites impersonating InsurVault 保富.
4. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
- Disclaimer on User-Inputted Data: The Platform serves solely as a recording tool. All insurance policy data (including sum assured, expiry dates, and policy details) relies on manual input by you or persons authorized by you.
- Verification Responsibility: InsurVault 保富 does not and cannot verify the authenticity or accuracy of the data you input. The Platform shall not be liable for any policy lapse, rejected claims, or financial loss resulting from data entry errors (e.g., incorrect policy numbers, typos in expiry dates).
5. Feature-Specific Terms
A. Smart Vault
- Manual Management: You acknowledge that all data must be manually entered and updated by you.
- Export Function: The basic version does not provide data export functionality. If export functionality (e.g., PDF/Excel) is provided in the future, you assume full responsibility for the security of the data once downloaded to your device.
B. Safety Watcher - IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
- Default Off & Setup: This feature is "Disabled" by default. You must actively enable it and set a "Check Frequency" (1, 2, 3, or 7 days) and a "Grace Period" (1 to 6 hours) to activate this service.
- Operation Mechanism: If you fail to check in within the set frequency and fail to respond to the "Final Confirmation Notification" (sent 30 minutes before the end of the Grace Period) after the Grace Period expires, the system will automatically send a preset message to your Emergency Contact.
- Identity Risk: The "User Name" displayed in the alert message is set by you. The Platform is not responsible if your Emergency Contact treats the message as Spam or ignores it due to failure to recognize your identity.
- Sending Limits: To prevent abuse and nuisance, the alert sending limit for this feature is: 5 times per month and 20 times per year. Exceeding this limit will suspend alert transmission until the next cycle.
- Broad Liability Disclaimer: You understand and agree that InsurVault 保富 is NOT an emergency rescue service organization. We do not guarantee that the Emergency Contact will receive or read the message instantly. You agree to solely assume the risks and consequences of "False Alarms" or "Missed Alarms" caused by:
- Your mobile phone running out of battery, being turned off, or damaged;
- You being in an area with no network signal coverage;
- Failure, interception, or delay of third-party communication services (e.g., WhatsApp, Apple Push Notification);
- Your failure to respond to system notifications due to negligence, sleep, or other personal reasons.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold InsurVault 保富 harmless from any liability regarding false alarms, panic, misunderstandings, or police intervention arising from the triggering (or non-triggering) of the above feature.
C. Advisor Collaboration (Magic Link)
- Non-Read-Only Access: When you generate and share a Magic Link with a third party (e.g., an insurance advisor), you authorize that third party to view and populate your policy data.
- Review & Confirmation: Data submitted by the third party via Magic Link will NOT be automatically saved to the database. You must personally review and click "Confirm" within the App for the data to take effect. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the finally confirmed data.
- Link Security: The Magic Link is generated and sent by you. You bear the risk of link leakage. The link is valid for 3 days and can be used to submit data for a maximum of 5 policies.
D. Family & Legacy - Post-Mortem Privacy
- Access Control: You may set individual policies as "Full Access," "Summary Only," or "No Access" (Hidden).
- Post-Mortem Privacy Commitment: Even in the event of your death or the triggering of a Safety Watcher alert, policy data marked by you as "No Access" during your lifetime will remain hidden and the Platform will never automatically disclose it to family members or emergency contacts. Under all circumstances, the Platform has no right and will not manually intervene in estate disclosure matters.
E. Claims Assistant
- Data Source: The "Direct Advisor Contact" feature provided in the Paid Version is based entirely on data you manually input. If you have not entered advisor contact details in the policy record, the system cannot provide this service, and this shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Content Disclaimer: Responses from the system may contain errors (Hallucinations) and are for reference only; they should not be used as the sole basis for handling claims.
F. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by InsurVault.
6. Subscription, Fees, and Refunds
Certain features require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise required by law, all subscription fees paid are non-refundable.
If you downgrade your account from a Paid Version to a Free Version, fees for the paid period will not be refunded, and relevant advanced features will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
Price Adjustments: InsurVault reserves the right to adjust pricing for the Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you (e.g., via email or in-app notification). The new price will apply starting from your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the price change, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
6A. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InsurVault 保富 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do NOT warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the quality of any information obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsurVault 保富 shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) any hacking, cyber-attacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other security breaches, provided that InsurVault has implemented reasonable industry-standard security measures; (d) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.
8. Force Majeure
InsurVault 保富 shall NOT be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, telecommunications or internet service provider failures, or failure of third-party hosting services (e.g., cloud infrastructure outages).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the cumulative liability of InsurVault 保富 to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service shall be limited to the subscription fee paid by you to the Platform in the month preceding the claim or HKD 500.00 (whichever is higher).
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version of these Terms on the Platform. If a revision is material, we may notify you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Service, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service.
10. Governing Law and Language
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Prevailing Language: This Agreement is drafted in both English and Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
PART II: PRIVACY POLICY
InsurVault 保富 respects and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.
1. Data Collection Categories
- Personal Data: Including but not limited to name, contact details, date of birth (for age verification).
- Policy Data: Insurance company names, policy numbers, sum assured, premiums, beneficiaries, etc., entered by you.
- Minor's Data: We collect data on minors solely through the Master Account Holder (Parent/Guardian). Entry of such data by the Master Account Holder constitutes the exercise of guardianship rights and consent for us to process such data.
- Biometric Data (NOT Collected): When you use biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID or Touch ID) to log into the App, your biometric features are processed exclusively locally on your mobile device (e.g., via Apple's Secure Enclave). The Platform DOES NOT collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your biometric data. We are not liable for any losses arising from the compromise, misuse, or malfunction of the biometric authentication system on your device.
2. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer
- Storage Location: Our servers and databases are hosted in Singapore.
- Legal Protection Statement: You understand and agree that to provide the Service, your data will be encrypted and transferred to secure servers located in Singapore. We have confirmed that the current Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore provides protection that is substantially similar to or commensurate with the standard of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. We commit to adopting strict encryption technologies to protect your data at rest.
3. Data Usage and Non-Sale Commitment
- Core Usage: To provide policy management, expiry reminders, protection gap analysis, and family sharing services.
- No Sale Commitment: We will NEVER sell your personally identifiable information (PII) to insurance companies, brokerage firms, or advertisers.
- Anonymized Data: We reserve the right to use fully anonymized (de-identified) data for big data statistics and to improve system algorithms.
- User-Initiated Sharing: The Platform provides features to generate policy reports (PDFs) and advisor collaboration links. We will NEVER proactively transmit your data to any third party (including insurance advisors). All data sharing actions (such as sending reports via email or messaging apps) must be explicitly directed and manually triggered by you within the App.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion
- Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your personal and policy data stored on the Platform at any time.
- Account Deletion & Anonymization: You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time within the App's settings or send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete your data within 3-5 business days. Once deletion is confirmed, we will remove your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from our active servers. For internal analytics and system improvement purposes, certain policy data will be fully anonymized (rendered untraceable to you) and retained. Please note that due to regular system backup mechanisms, residual encrypted data may take up to 90 days to be completely purged from all backup archives.
